Social Work Texts and Vocabulary

This website has been designed primarily for students of all kinds of social work. You'll find texts on a number of topics, such as teenage problems, working with prisoners, single parenthood and medical social work. The texts include lots of specific vocabulary that might be very useful. You could use the texts as reading- and/or translation exercises.
